Reflections about the semester

... my semester has not finished hahaha. But I can do a count since there is less than a month left by the end of the semester. It has been a very hectic semester the truth, very stressful, overwhelming but very satisfactory in terms of knowledge, I have known very good teachers, who little by little are getting closer, that makes me have special enthusiasm for the branches that they do. On the other hand, I have shared with my friends in greater quantity than last year, I think that has been of great importance for my mental health. The situations that have not worked so well, have related my personal 100 life, especially with my girlfriend, she has had some problems with her family, but it is a topic that I will not talk about here. How have you changed?

Ever since I made the decision to study in Santiago, when I was a young provincial high school student, I began to grow mentally, I began to experience what they tell him to grow up. From small things the changes begin, or at least I experienced it that way, the clothes do not wash themselves, the junk food is not so healthy, the clothes I must order, I transform into a bank, I have all the money calculated, every peso . It is a hard process, but beautiful and satisfying, or at least it was for me, before starting this my mother 100 solved my whole life, now my mother continues to help me economically but I separate her from other things that she used to do because I'm someone adult. A subject I enjoyed this semester

My favorite subject is Polyphony... In classes with Professor JP Karich, it is a branch that allows us to learn content in relation to musical language from a perspective of learned music and popular music. It is one of the most important branches of the career, lasts three years, that is, six academic semesters. In classes we study the movement of voices, harmony, counterpoint, from the point of view of creation, composition and group work, which facilitates mutual learning among all classmates. It is my favorite bouquet of the semester because it has allowed me to grow as a musician, specifically in  the area of musical arrangements to voices and instruments, also to learn a lot of content from areas that I did not know so much.  It is important to mention that the role played by our teacher is of vital importance, since it is truly an eminence of the academic musical environment. What are you passionate about?

My passion of my life is music, is simple. Its not something of the moment, because when i was a kid learned play instruments like guitar, drums and trumpet. Lately, learned play electric bass, is my favorite instrument, is fabolous. Also, in my family ever listened good music and variated music (classical music, tango, disco, funk, gospel, baladas, etc). In my house there were always instruments available to play, so my passion for music is something natural, the instruments were my toys. So, actually, study music is a very beautiful, because music is the most natural thing in my life, is an activity of life. Besides, music is a family passion, it's not just about me, my parents, uncles, cousins and grandparents play at least one instrument. My favorita picture

  Hello! Really, I dont like pictures, but i have one picture that me likes very much because represent my life with music. Represent the concentration, correct interpretation in a live show,  that concert was hard, emotional and beautiful because went many people to listen anda look the presentation. This picture was in a concert to Christmas 2016 in my city, Curicó, in the Plaza de Armas of city, in front a  regional theatre.  The photo was taken for my bestfriend, Ciro Rubio, he is a  professional photographer, and is evident, in the picture shows me playing electric bass and look sheet music at the same time. The musicians, ever has picture of concerts, audiovisual registres or other memory, but ever exist one memory in special thats love it, because memories or pictures inmortalize greats moments for own lifes, for lifes of artist in general, or for me that is what it is.

Things that cath my attention on the street

Santiago Sick I have always been curious about the amount of people who are sad on the street, sadness is a virus without control in Santiago. What do they think while they walk? We all have problems in everyday life, problems of any kind, but it is our decision if we are happy or depressed on the street. Santiago is a sick, crippled and disturbed city . It is the work of the artists to revers this situation, or help a little with music, dance, theater, literature and thousands of other manifestations in the street. Is own responsability help to change yours minds and sad faces. The music, dance, threater, literature and others ways of manifestations es excellent for Santiago, is a good medicine for people and for new generations. In spite of everything, Santiago is a city of great opportunities for everything, you have to know how to enjoy the city.
